Exchanges & Returns Policy
Exchanges may be done within 7 calendar days of reception of the goods. You can exchange them for another size, another product or a credit note to be used within a year. Returns are not accepted, only exchanges.
If you are in Lima, you can make the exchange in our store on Av. Santa Cruz 496 San Isidro. If you are in Perú - Province or outside Perú, you should contact us at email@example.com and ship the goods before this 7 days. Please send us the tracking number as soon as you get it because this will be the proof of the sending date. The shipping cost of the exchanged goods (from here, to you), it´s on us, but it can only be done once. We will not be able to exchange any item of the same order for more than one time. In case of returns in purchases outside Perú, the client must assume the new shipments and all the additional costs involved.
Products purchased with some type of discount may also be exchanged during the 7 calendar days but the cost of shipping (round trip) must be assumed by the customer.
About the shoes
Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted.
Please note that this are handmade products with real leather. Genuine leather is a natural product so little imperfections as well as slight color changes show its authenticity and origin.
About the jewerly
The jewerly should be returned in perfect conditions and in its orginal packaging, with original accesories (if applicable). It must not have been exposed to any corrosive product such as colognes or perfumes, nor show signs of use such as scratches or wear.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If you receive an item that is not in good condition please contact us within 7 calendar days of reception of the goods.
Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Some of our products are very delicate so you must treat them with care and keep them away from water, moisture or direct sunlight so they can remain in perfect conditions.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced (return shipping not included).
